Description

1. Segmenter: This application segments each well of the composite image into individual files. Output is .tif

2. SCPipeline: This application runs each image file from 'Segmenter' through a series of image filters and identifies well contents. Output is .csv

3. CP_InitialSheet_Blank: This application allows copy-paste function of all data in SCPipeline .csv and generates graphical representation of well contents
